Change in Business Operations at NIBTT from Wednesday 1st September 2021.

The National Insurance Board of Trinidad and Tobago (NIBTT) wishes to advise the public that full walk-in services will resume at all Service Centres from Wednesday 1st September 2021 from 8:00 am to 3:00 p.m. (Arima Collection Centre will open to the public from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm). The public can access the following walk-in services, among others:
Locations include:
- Funeral Grants
- Contribution Statements
- Registration Services (Employers & Employees)
- Benefit Letters
- National Insurance Number and NI Cards
Claims submissions continue to be by appointment only. Make Contribution Payments as follows:
- Cash and cheque – over the counter (drop boxes also conveniently located for cheques)
- ONLINE – log on to www.nibtt.net

The public is advised that ALL NIBTT LOCATIONS will open from Tuesday 3rd August 2021 at 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.:

- Pt. Fortin
- Siparia

To make contribution payments, customers are advised to use any of the following methods::
- ONLINE – log on to www.nibtt.net
- Pay by Cash – over the counter
- Pay By cheque – using drop boxes onsite
Claim submissions will be by appointment. Funeral Grant Claims and requests for Social Welfare Burial Grants, will continue to be a walk-in service.
All other services are temporarily suspended.

NIBTT Release – Temporary Closure of NIBTT’s Arima Service Centre on Friday 11th June, 2021

The National Insurance Board of Trinidad and Tobago (NIBTT), wishes to inform the public that the Arima Service Centre is temporarily closed today, Friday 11th June, 2021.
Customers are advised to visit the Tunapuna Service Centre, today, for immediate service from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
NIBTT’s Arima Service Centre will re-open to the public on Monday 14th June, 2021.

The National Insurance Board of Trinidad and Tobago (NIBTT) wishes to advise the public that the following operational changes will take effect from Monday 10th May to Friday 21st May 2021:
- The Corporate Headquarters and all NIBTT Service Centres will be opened between the hours of 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. (The Arima Collection Centre will be opened from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm).
- Payments of contributions in cash will be received over the counter.
- Drop-boxes will be utilised to receive cheque payments only.
- Submission of long-term and short-term claims shall continue by appointments only.
Walk – in Services will be provided for the following:
- Funeral grants to be processed same day.
- Social Welfare requests for Burial Grants
